Safer gambling at Godz Casino

Why this matters

We want every session at Godz to stay fun. Play is strictly for adults aged 18+.

Free support

If you need to talk to someone, contact the BZgA helpline on 0800 1 37 27 00, a local gambling addiction counselling service or Gambling Therapy. Their help is free and confidential.

Breaks and self-exclusion

You can take a short break or exclude yourself for a longer period. We do not argue or delay these requests.

When to be careful

Spending more time or money than planned is a signal to stop. Gambling to solve money problems never works.

Tools in your account

Deposit caps, loss caps and time reminders are available in your profile. Support can apply any of them for you on request.

Protecting minors

We verify age before any payout and close accounts opened by minors. Use device filters to keep gambling sites away from children.

Ask for help

Our team can help with any safer gambling request at [email protected]. No reason is needed.
